Event Pass Information
Purchase weekend event tickets, and register for competitions, add-ons and intensives, through SwingDancer.org or the SwingDancer app. Keep your confirmation email as your receipt. You will not receive passes in the mail. Check in at the registration desk upon arrival to get your wristband.

CANCELLATION POLICY
SHB has a no refund/no exchange policy.* You may sell your ticket to someone else but you must contact SHB with that person’s full name.
*With the exception of extraordinary circumstances approved by the event director.
TO RECEIVE A FULL REFUND, ATTENDEES MUST CANCEL PRIOR TO 10 DAYS BEFORE THE EVENT. WITHIN 10 DAYS OF THE EVENT, ATTENDEES HAVE THE OPTION OF A 50% REFUND. WITHIN 24 HOURS OF THE EVENT START, EVENT PASSES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. ATTENDEES CAN ALWAYS ROLL THEIR PASSES OVER TO A FUTURE YEAR. THE ONLY EXCEPTION IS MAJOR ILLNESS/INJURY, OR THE DISCRETION OF THE EVENT DIRECTOR.
